But, owner and lead worker, Matt Koehler, is a gem. Matt was a former employee … More of another plumbing contractor that I have used for nearly two decades and still use. Although he is now a competitor of that former employer, the former employer still spoke very highly of Matt. That revealed a lot to me. Matt came to my home for a free appraisal for installation of a new furnace and AC system, promptly provided a detailed written appraisal, and after I accepted the very competitive job appraisal, gave me a choice of installation dates. He and his crew appeared on time as promised and provided a seamless, no-hassle install.
This was a difficult install of a large system under unpleasant conditions in our unfinished attic on a hot day. The crew scrupulously and meticulously utilized drop cloths to protect our wood floors and oriental rugs in the path leading to the attic through the main and second floors to the drop-down stairs ascending to the attic. They left the premises as clean (maybe cleaner) than before they arrived.
Needless to say, I shall be relying on this company for all future HVAC needs. But for my sense of loyalty to my plumber for many years of fine service, I would be utilizing Matt for plumbing services too. Indeed, if my current plumber should retire, I know where to go. -
During the month of July, we ran into some major issues with our HVAC system. This of course happened during the hottest 2 weeks of the summer thus far. Out of those we contacted, Matt responded to us first and was able to come out to repair … More our system in a short amount of time. While he was making the repair, he discovered something else that was broken and had to come back out to fix this as well. He put in so many hours to ensure that our system was back up and functioning and done correctly. His pricing was more than fair and for top quality work! In addition to this, we had to purchase a new dishwasher that Home Depot refused to install. When Matt came back to finish our HVAC, he also installed our dishwasher for us! He truly went above and beyond and I would recommend his services to anyone. 😁💯⭐
