A complete install of a gas furnace with matching A/c system. 

Two zone boiler. 

This was a cool little job. We removed an old Burnham boiler with two zones with a mess of controls floating off of the aquastat. We installed this simple Proselect FORCE boiler made by US Boiler. We installed a zone controller to operate the circulators when needed. Before and after shown. 

A three ton gas pack unit installed. 

This unit went down during Christmas 2022. We were able to order and install within three weeks time and at a more affordable price than the other companies. Our client was told it could be months before they could get a unit and install it. Gunpowder Mechanical was able to get a new system ordered and delivered to the site so they could have heat when they needed it most.
