We offer a variety of service agreements to suit your needs, and your wallet. With our one size fits all program you can get the service you need without breaking the piggy bank open. Preventative maintenance is the number one action you the home owner can take to keep your system operating properly and prevent those costly and unexpected repairs. Did you know that most manufacturers recommend a yearly service of their equipment to maintain good standing and sometimes warranty? Check out our line up below for more details on what we offer. Each offer costs the same. If you don't see something that fits your needs just ask. We are always willing to help.
Furnace Maintenance: If you have a forced warm air furnace that burns natural gas, LP or oil to heat your home then this is the option for you. The furnace maintenance includes a thorough examination of the combustion chamber, burner(s), heat exchanger, blower motor, inducing motor (if applicable) and more. Each point is checked for proper operation and cleaned as necessary. Adjustments are made to the furnace to be sure it is heating your home efficiently and most importantly safely. Should any repairs be necessary we will have an up front conversation with the home owner and perform repairs in a timely manor.

Heat Pump Maintenance: Do you have a heat pump system? Does it seem to run constantly? We can help. A heat pump maintenance will include a thorough inspection of the heat pump, air handler, blower and fan motors, refrigerant charge, electric heater and more. We will clean coils as needed using an environmentally friendly cleaners and sanitizers. All electrical contacts and circuits will be checked and issues addressed. The compressor will also be examined and tested for proper operation. We will make sure the system is performing efficiently and safely.

Air Conditioning Maintenance: Is your home muggy? Does the air conditioner seem to take a long time to cool the home? It's time for a tune up. Having your A/C checked will help expose potential issues that may be causing you to have higher than normal energy bills in the summer. Something as simple as a dirty coil will cause your system to run harder and longer to meet your needs. Our air conditioning maintenance program includes a yearly cleaning using environmentally friendly cleaners and sanitizers. This includes the inspection and cleaning of both coils and we will clear the drain system and treat to prevent clogs. We check all of the motors and compressor to be sure they are doing their part without working too hard. We will check all electrical circuits and contacts. The capacitor will be checked to be sure it is within spec, if it isn't we will replace it. Refrigerant levels will be checked and adjusted. We will be sure your system is working at peak performance when we complete this service. Your comfort is our goal.

Boiler Maintenance: Radiant heat, be it cast iron radiators, baseboard or in floor heating, can be the best source of heat for your home. The boiler that supplies hot water or steam to these needs to be checked annually. Having the boiler system checked can help maintain a safe and warm winter for you and your family. We will inspect the heat exchanger and burners. We will clean the system as needed. The chimney and flue will be inspected as well to be sure your system is drafting. We will inspect the expansion tank if applicable and inform the home owner of any need to repair or replace. We will adjust the pressure in the system and make note of any defect in the water feeding system. If you have a steam system we will be sure to inspect and flush the boiler and check all steam vents throughout the home. Any repairs or replacements of necessary components will be discussed with the homeowner prior to taking any action.

Basic Check Up: Perhaps you just want the basics checked. We have an option for you. Starting at just $99 we will make a house call and check out your system to see how it is performing. Should any repairs be needed we can quote and you can decide from there how to proceed. We will not make any alterations or clean the system without your approval. This option is intended solely to give you the information you need so you can budget for proper service at a later time. Please ask for details before choosing this option as we will not perform any of the typical services to your system and therefore can not guarantee the reliability through out the year.
All of our maintenance programs are designed to help you maintain a working system so you don't have to worry about breakdowns when you need your system the most. Our programs all come standard with a biannual visit or if you would rather we can consolidate to one visit, you're time is valuable and we respect that. Each contract holder will also have the benefit of priority service over non-contract clients. As a bonus we will automatically give you a 10% discount on any major repairs done to your system while under our care. Add-ons like filters, humidifier panels and more can be purchased as needed or if you prefer just buy them and have them ready and we will take care of it for you at no extra cost.
